Initiate your request for storage via our online storage form or phone* our customer service staff.
(Please remember during high season our call volumes are extremely high so initiating the online form expedites the process)
- You will receive a storage agreement package with the Fall 2023 terms of the agreement, facility map, and rate sheet.
- Review and sign your storage agreement to continue with the storage process.
After you have signed your storage agreement electronically, you will be able to schedule your drop-off appointment.
- We have introduced an online scheduling tool for you to select your preferred day, time, and service at your convenience.
- Our customer service team is also available to assist you if you provide us with your scheduling preference via phone or email info@bradysbend.com
Your invoice will be issued after the appointment scheduling-based move-in date. Please review the monthly invoicing schedule outlined below.
Your Invoice is no longer based on the anniversary date of your move-in.
Payment of your invoice confirms your storage space in the mine, initiating your agreement and monthly invoicing.
If you have a special unit size (Over height 11’5 and up) we recommend signing your agreement and paying your invoice to secure your space due to limited availability even if you may not be utilizing your storage space immediately.
Monthly Rate Schedule
Monthly invoices will be generated on the first of the month until move-out.
The storage agreement is based on month-to-month terms. - no minimum stay requirement.
We no longer take “reservations” or “hold storage space” until you are ready to move into storage.
- Move-In from 1st – 15th / Full Month Rent
- Move-In from 16th – Last day of the month / ½ Month Rent
- Move Out from 1st – 15th / ½ Month Rent
- Move Out from 16th – Last day of the month / Full Month Rent
