a safe business operation for our clients and staff.
Please trust we will make any appropriate modifications to our Fall move-in process to ensure the safety of everyone. Changes to our current move-in procedures will be communicated to you during your fall appointment scheduling or when confirming your Fall 2020 reservation. You will also receive move-in communications via email.
What You Need to Know...
- Appointments are required
- The mine and vehicle storage office currently remains restricted to staff only with no public facilities available.
- We continue to offer complimentary valet service for your unit to/from our office parking lot to ensure proper social distancing.
- An electronic valet release form will be emailed to you for completion authorizing us to move your unit on your behalf.
- We understand there may be special circumstances regarding your unit. We will work diligently to accommodate you while we ensure the safety of our staff. Please adhere to all COVID19 safety instructions and requirements regarding your special appointment.
- All payments may be completed via phone using your credit card. Cash / Check payments are still accepted with special arrangements.
- Lease agreement documents will be emailed to you for electronic signature.
- Our attendants will use proper protective gear when providing valet services and will sanitize your unit upon exiting.
