This expansive area caters to a wide range of storage needs, including warehouse storage, classified documents, media and data, private warehouses, and secure office spaces.
Additionally, over 1,000,000 square feet of versatile space is allocated for seasonal storage of recreational vehicles. The unique infrastructure features massive limestone pillars supporting a solid rock ceiling, providing unparalleled stability.
Each customized office and warehouse space offers concrete floors atop the limestone base, painted white for optimal illumination. Equipped with essential amenities such as electricity, lighting, plumbing, offices, and specialized climate control systems, these spaces are available for long-term lease, tailored to meet the specific storage requirements of tenants.

The unconditioned area of our facility maintains a steady state climate at a natural ambient temperature of 54 degrees, reducing electrical and heating expenses for climate-controlled spaces.
